Camp Ayandeh 2009
Iranian Alliances Across Borders presented the fourth installment of Camp Ayandeh, IAAB's high school leadership program, the week of June 28-July 5, 2009. Held at Dan Duquette Sports Academy in Hinsdale, Massachusetts, this year's Camp Ayandeh hosted nearly 70 campers and 35 staff and counselors. Campers spent the week engaged in a wide array of activities encouraging them to explore their culture and identity in a positive, inclusive environment in which each camper had the opportunity to grow and develop as members of a larger community. Campers met and socialized with other young leaders and developed new friendships along the way.
