Internships

IAAB is currently seeking interns. Internships are available based on the semester and quarter schedule. Although all internships are unpaid, IAAB will gladly write letters of support to receive academic credit for work.

Qualifications

IAAB seeks dynamic, self-directed individuals with excellent written and spoken communication skills, a highly organized approach to work, and proficiency in the use of computers. A working knowledge of Persian is a plus, but not a requirement. Interns should be committed to IAAB's goals of building alliances and furthering dialogue. IAAB's internal structure operates a great deal like a family or very close-knit team; in this sense, interns should be collaborative, and always strive for excellence in teamwork, communication, and work quality.

Responsibilities

Interns work in conjunction with IAAB’s staff on various programs dedicated to raising awareness and promoting leadership. Interns assist with program implementation, database management, research, community outreach, event planning, fundraising and development, social media, logistics, as well as various administrative duties.em>
